I am creative professional with more than 15 years of experience in UX and product design, I am confident that I bring the right mix of leadership and technical skills needed to succeed in this role.

 Throughout my career, I have delivered world-class products, developed innovative design solutions, and strengthened UX for keystone software. Leveraging skills in Agile methodologies and product management, I have delivered innovative solutions and launched high-quality products while leading cross-functional teams. Furthermore, my strong combination of design insight and technical aptitude has resulted in a Webby Award for exceptional design.

Some of my most recent achievements from my role as Senior UX Designer with Trellix include:

• Built a 14-member (UX Design, UX Research, UI Development) team from the ground while driving continuous delivery of customer-facing SaaS cyber security application product design and development, the Muse Design System, and UI architecture. Achieved 100% product adoption of the design system and improved UX and UI delivery timelines by 83%.

• Successfully elevated top-tier UX and the end-user experience as a core requirement and business value for all products by collaborating closely via regular workshops and strategic pitches and OKR planning sessions with executive leadership, product management, brand teams, and the larger engineering organization.

• Positioned Muse Design System and UI Architecture to become XConsole, the essential company strategy and tool to reduce engineering costs, deliver world-class product designs, and connect both new and legacy Trellix cybersecurity products in a single pane of glass.
